FieldPro (“we”, “us”) operates an on‑demand marketplace that connects customers with independent field‑service professionals (“providers”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number, role (customer or provider) and credentials handled by our authentication provider.
• Provider profile: for providers — bio, skills/services, rates, years of experience, service area and any verification documents you upload.
• Location data: with your permission, your device location is used to find nearby jobs and technicians and to show job locations. Providers may share live location while a job is active.
• Job data: service descriptions, photos, addresses, schedules, quotes, messages and reviews you create.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited transaction details (amounts, status, payout status) but we do not store full card numbers.
• Device & usage data: push‑notification token, app version, and diagnostic information used to operate and improve the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account; match customers and providers; process bookings, quotes, payments and payouts; enable in‑app chat and calls during active jobs; send notifications; provide customer support; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

To fulfil a job, we share the information reasonably necessary between the customer and the assigned provider (for example, name, job address and, during an active job, a phone number).

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf: Supabase (database and hosting), Google Firebase (push notifications), Stripe (payments and payouts) and Google Maps (mapping and geocoding). We may disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, protect users, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You can access and update most profile information in the app. You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@fieldpro.itox.it. You can disable location and notification permissions in your device settings at any time.

6. Data Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children

The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by other means, and the effective date above will be updated.
