Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FieldPro app and services. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use FieldPro.

2. The Marketplace

FieldPro is a technology platform that connects customers with independent providers. FieldPro is not a field‑service company and does not itself perform the services. Providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of FieldPro. We are not a party to the service agreement between a customer and a provider.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Bookings, Quotes & Payments

Customers can request services and receive quotes. When a job is accepted, payment is authorised and processed through Stripe. FieldPro charges a service commission on the labour amount of a completed job; the remainder is paid out to the provider. Prices, materials and final amounts are confirmed within the app. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the in‑app flow and applicable law.

5. Provider Terms

Providers agree to supply accurate profile and pricing information, perform work professionally and lawfully, and maintain any required licences or insurance. Payouts are made to the provider’s connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe’s terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including circumventing the platform to avoid fees, harassing other users, posting unlawful or misleading content, or interfering with the app’s operation.

7. Reviews & Content

You are responsible for content you submit, including reviews and photos, and grant FieldPro a licence to host and display it to operate the service. Content must be accurate and lawful.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FieldPro does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services provided by providers, or the accuracy of user content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldPro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of customers or providers arising from services arranged through the platform.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

11. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at FieldPro’s place of business. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
